Wandercrafted is powered by Anthropic's Claude — one of the most capable AI models available. We use Claude Sonnet for full itinerary generation and Claude Haiku for quick draft previews. Claude understands your preferences in natural language and generates itineraries that feel genuinely tailored rather than templated.

You can set your travel style (Adventure, Foodie, Culture, Relaxing, Party, Romance, Nature — or a mix), your pace (relaxed, balanced, or packed), budget level (budget, mid-range, luxury), who you're travelling with (solo, couple, family, friends), things you'd rather skip (tourist traps, museums, nightlife, shopping, outdoor hikes), whether you're travelling with kids and their ages, and a free-text field for anything else ("I'm vegetarian", "need wheelchair access", "want to see sumo wrestling").

Yes. Switch to Multi-City mode and add as many cities as you need. You can specify days per city yourself, or let the AI decide the best split based on your travel style. Free accounts get 2 multi-city trips per month; Pro is unlimited. Wandercrafted handles travel days between cities automatically — including the realistic door-to-door journey time for each leg.

Yes. Enter your flight numbers and Wandercrafted looks up your actual departure and arrival times in real time. The itinerary is then built around your real travel schedule — nothing planned for when you're still in the air, no rushed first mornings, layover cities handled appropriately based on how much time you actually have.

Yes. Click the replace button on any activity and the AI swaps just that one — keeping the rest of your plan intact. Free users can replace up to 3 activities per trip; Pro users have unlimited replacements. You can also edit the draft before the full itinerary is generated, which is the best time to make bigger structural changes.

Yes. Download as a PDF (great for offline use or printing), or export each day to your calendar as .ics events that work with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. Sign up for a free account to save trips to your account and access them anytime.

Wandercrafted's recommendations are based on real places, restaurants, and experiences. The AI draws on extensive knowledge of destinations worldwide. We recommend verifying opening hours and booking requirements for popular attractions before you travel, as these change. Wandercrafted also integrates with Viator for bookable activities — those are live and real-time.

Virtually anywhere. Wandercrafted works for major cities, off-the-beaten-path destinations, regions, islands, and road trip routes. The quality is strongest for well-travelled destinations where the AI has rich knowledge — Tokyo, Paris, Barcelona, Bali, New York — but it produces solid results for less common destinations too.
