1. About the service
Wandercrafted (wandercrafted.app) is an AI-powered travel itinerary planner. You describe your destination and travel style, and our service generates personalised day-by-day travel itineraries using artificial intelligence.
By accessing or using Wandercrafted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Wandercrafted. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Free tier and trial limitations
Wandercrafted offers a free tier with the following limitations:
- Unlimited single-city itinerary generation.
- 2 free multi-city itineraries per account lifetime. Once this limit is reached, a Wandercrafted Pro subscription is required to generate additional multi-city itineraries.
We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Wandercrafted Pro subscription
Wandercrafted Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited multi-city itinerary generation and any other features designated as Pro.
- Billing: subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. All prices are in USD.
- Renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal accessible from the site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
- Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have Pro access until the period ends and will not be charged again.
- Price changes: we may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Itineraries are generated by an AI language model and may contain errors, outdated information, or recommendations that are unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
- Opening hours, prices, availability, and travel conditions change frequently. Always verify details directly with venues, airlines, and local authorities before your trip.
- Wandercrafted is not a licensed travel agent or tour operator. Nothing on the site constitutes professional travel, legal, health, or financial advice.
- You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, bookings, and safety.
6. Affiliate links and partnerships
Wandercrafted may display links to third-party services such as flight search engines and hotel booking platforms. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the AI-generated itinerary content.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content for commercial resale without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site using automated tools.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content via any input field.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
8. Intellectual property
The Wandercrafted name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. The AI-generated itinerary content is provided for your personal use. You retain no exclusive rights to AI-generated outputs, as the same inputs may produce similar outputs for other users.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display your saved itineraries for the purpose of providing the service to you.
9. Third-party services
Wandercrafted integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, Google Maps, Pexels, and AeroDataBox. Your use of these services through Wandercrafted is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Wandercrafted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, missed bookings, or losses based on reliance on AI-generated itineraries.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wandercrafted and its operators harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Wandercrafted at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@wandercrafted.app.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we'll notify users by email where possible.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
