1. About the service
Wandercrafted (wandercrafted.app) is an AI-powered travel itinerary planner. You describe your destination and travel style, and our service generates personalised day-by-day travel itineraries using artificial intelligence.
Wandercrafted is available as a web application at wandercrafted.app and as a native iOS application available on the Apple App Store. These Terms apply to both.
By accessing or using Wandercrafted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Wandercrafted. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Free tier and limits
Wandercrafted offers a free tier with the following limitations. The exact caps that apply to your account depend on when your account was created — accounts created before our most recent free-tier change retain the higher caps as a courtesy.
- Trip length: up to 7 days per itinerary (legacy free) or 5 days (current free).
- Saved trips: 3 (legacy free) or 2 (current free) concurrent saved itineraries.
- Activity replacements: 3 (legacy free) or 2 (current free) AI activity swaps per trip.
- Multi-city itineraries: 2 (legacy free) or 1 (current free) per account lifetime.
- Pro features: the free tier does not include weather forecasts, daily budget estimates, AI packing lists, the currency converter, or editable trip sharing. These are available via Wandercrafted Pro or Trip Pass (see below).
We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice. Existing accounts will be grandfathered where reasonably practicable.
4. Wandercrafted Pro subscription
Wandercrafted Pro is a paid recurring subscription that unlocks Pro features across all of your trips, including unlimited multi-city itineraries, weather forecasts, daily budget estimates, AI packing lists, the currency converter, editable trip sharing, and other features designated as Pro.
- Billing — web: subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe and billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
- Billing — iOS: subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple via the App Store. Apple bills your Apple ID and is the merchant of record for those purchases. You manage your Apple subscription via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- Renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. iOS subscriptions auto-renew under Apple's standard rules unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple subscription settings.
- Cancellation — web: you may cancel your Stripe subscription at any time via the billing portal accessible from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
- Cancellation — iOS: cancel via your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds — web: we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have Pro access until the period ends and will not be charged again.
- Refunds — iOS: refund requests for iOS subscriptions are handled directly by Apple under their refund policy. We have no control over Apple's refund decisions. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes: we may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. For web subscriptions, price changes take effect at your next renewal. For iOS subscriptions, Apple's pricing change rules apply (typically requiring opt-in for material price increases).
5. Trip Pass
Trip Pass is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that unlocks Pro features for a single saved trip in your account. Trip Passes are sold individually or in bundles (2-pack, 4-pack) at a discount.
- Nature of the product: a Trip Pass is a consumable digital good. It is consumed when you apply it to a saved trip. Unused Trip Passes remain in your account until applied.
- Scope: applying a Trip Pass unlocks Pro features (weather, budget, packing list, currency converter, multi-city, editable sharing, extended trip length up to 21 days) for that one specific trip. The Pass does not unlock Pro features for any other trip in your account.
- Edit window: structural edits to a trip remain available through the end of your travel month plus a 30-day grace period (or 12 months from the purchase date if no travel dates are set). After the edit window, the trip remains viewable but structural edits to dates, cities, and activity slots may be restricted to prevent abuse of Trip Pass as a substitute for a recurring subscription.
- Bundles: when you purchase a 2-pack or 4-pack, the corresponding number of unused Trip Passes are credited to your account. Each pass is independent and can be applied to any saved trip at any time.
- Refunds — web: Trip Pass purchases on the web are non-refundable once applied to a trip. Unused Trip Passes purchased on the web may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@wandercrafted.app, at our reasonable discretion.
- Refunds — iOS: Trip Pass purchases on iOS are processed by Apple as consumable in-app purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their refund policy and we have no control over those decisions. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- No expiry on unused passes: unused Trip Passes do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely, subject to the continued operation of the Wandercrafted service.
6. User-uploaded content (booking documents)
Pro subscribers and users with an active Trip Pass applied to a trip may upload travel booking confirmation documents — including PDFs, screenshots, and pasted text — to automatically extract and add booking details to that itinerary. By using this feature, you agree that:
- Ownership: you represent that you own or have the lawful right to share any document you upload. You should only upload your own travel booking confirmations.
- No sensitive data beyond bookings: do not upload documents containing financial account numbers, passport or identity document numbers, or other sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for booking identification (property names, flight details, confirmation numbers, dates).
- AI processing: uploaded document content is processed by Anthropic's AI API to extract structured booking data. By uploading, you consent to this processing. The raw document content is not retained by us after extraction.
- Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for the content you upload. Wandercrafted is not liable for any issues arising from uploading documents containing inaccurate, third-party, or sensitive information.
- Accuracy: AI extraction may not be 100% accurate. Always verify extracted details (dates, names, confirmation numbers) before relying on them for travel planning.
7. AI-generated content disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Itineraries are generated by an AI language model and may contain errors, outdated information, or recommendations that are unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
- Opening hours, prices, availability, and travel conditions change frequently. Always verify details directly with venues, airlines, and local authorities before your trip.
- Wandercrafted is not a licensed travel agent or tour operator. Nothing on the site constitutes professional travel, legal, health, or financial advice.
- You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, bookings, and safety.
8. Affiliate links and partnerships
Wandercrafted may display links to third-party services such as flight search engines, hotel booking platforms, and tour operators. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the AI-generated itinerary content.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content for commercial resale without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site using automated tools.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content via any input field.
- Upload documents containing third-party personal data without that person's consent.
- Upload content that you do not own or have the right to share.
- Attempt to share, transfer, or resell unused Trip Passes between accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
10. Intellectual property
The Wandercrafted name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. The AI-generated itinerary content is provided for your personal use. You retain no exclusive rights to AI-generated outputs, as the same inputs may produce similar outputs for other users.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display your saved itineraries for the purpose of providing the service to you.
11. Third-party services
Wandercrafted integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, Apple (iOS App Store and StoreKit for in-app purchases), Google Maps, Pexels, Viator, AeroDataBox, and Sentry. Your use of these services through Wandercrafted is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Wandercrafted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, missed bookings, losses based on reliance on AI-generated itineraries, or inaccuracies in booking data extracted from documents you upload.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wandercrafted and its operators harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Wandercrafted at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@wandercrafted.app. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period or unused Trip Passes, except where required by applicable law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we'll notify users by email where possible.
16. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
